Dr. Avisek Lahiri, Ph.D. is currently a Research Software Engineer at Google. He holds a Ph.D. from IIT Kharagpur on generative deep learning and was a Google Ph.D. Fellow. He has been a recipient of the HLF Young Researcher and the Qualcomm Innovation Fellowship twice. He is a computer vision enthusiast and who was also part of an industrial research project funded by Indian Space Research Organization. He has also pursued research internships from Facebook and Twitter.

Dr. Jyotirmoy Banerjee, Ph.D. is currently a Principal Data Scientist with Ericsson. He did his postdoctoral research from UCL, London, UK after completing his Ph.D. from Erasmus MC, Rotterdam, Netherlands. His areas of interest include machine learning, computer vision and natural language processing, and has experience in telecom, ecommerce and healthcare domains. He has previously worked with Amazon, Flipkart and GE.

Dhaval Patel is a co-founder at AtliQ Technologies. He is a passionate data and software services entrepreneur. Prior to AtliQ, he worked for Bloomberg and NVIDIA. He is also passionate about ed-tech and teaches data science and machine learning on his YouTube channel codebasics.

Dr. Himanshu Pant is currently the head of analytics at Adani Green. Dr Pant holds a Ph.D. in machine learning from IIT Delhi. Prior to Adani, Dr. Pant has worked with National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) in various capacities, most recently as Deputy General Manager. Dr Pant's research interests include deep learning, data analytics and its applications in the power and energy sectors.

Dr. Badrinath Ramamurthy joined IIIT-Bangalore from Ericsson Research, Bangalore where he was working between 2014 and 2021. He was part of a team that deals with the machine reasoning technologies in AI. This includes technologies such as AI planning and Semantic web. His areas of application have been zero-touch automation and IoT. Prior to Ericsson he was with HP, Bangalore, between 2003 and 2014, where he worked in the areas of Cloud Systems and High Performance Computing. Prior to joining the Computer Industry in he was a faculty member at IIT Kharagpur between 1994 and 2003. He was also a visiting researcher at IRISIA, Rennes during 2002-2003. His core areas of research there have been in Graph Theory and Interconnection Networks. Badrinath has a Masters and PhD from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, NY USA (1994) and a MSc(Tech) from BITS, Pilani (1987), all in Computer Science.

Dr Manasa K is currently an Associate Director for the Creativity AI at Games24X7. She holds a Ph.D. in Communication Signal Processing from Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad. She has experience in working with real-world problems in the domains of Computer Vision, Image/Video Analytics and Deep Learning. Prior to Games 24X7, Dr Manasa K has worked with Conduent Labs US and India (formerly known as Xerox Research Center) and SONY.

I Come from a background of statistical Ecology. A researcher by descent, I finished my engineering in 2012 in Biotechnology , during my college I was working with Prof Vidyanand Nanjundiah and Prof Vishwesha Guttal, Centre for Ecological Sciences, IISc , on interesting Mathematical models concerning `Evolution of Cooperation in animals`, this is the same work that I continued for my job from 2012-2014, where I worked as project assistant on Department of Science (DST) project and was awarded a scholarship soon after to carry my MS in Statistical Ecology from Massey University, NZ from 2014-2016. After my MS, I decided to move towards more applied problems and data-based modelling was gaining momentum at the time. To translate fully into applied domain, I did PG-Diploma in Big Data Analytics from CDAC – Bengaluru to gain know-how of big data techniques 2016-2017. Soon after, I joined Bosch Centre for Artificial Intelligence, first as Data Scientist for 2 years, then as a Senior Data Scientist- for 2 more years. Worked there on a variety of data-based use cases, mostly in automotive domain. Recently moved to Honeywell Building Management Systems – Sustainability. .

Ketan Keshav is a Computer Science Engineer, currently working as a Software Engineer at Gupshup. He is passionate about Mobile and Web Development, Cyber Security, Coding, and Cricket. He completed two internships to further amplify his passion. He is an experienced Chairperson with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. He is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with Event Management experience having organized several IEEE Events, hackathons, and college workshops. His team was the Regional Level Winner of Technology Dissemination Contest conducted by IEEE Pune Section. He has competed at TCS EngiNX and was the finalist and the 2nd Runner up of this National-level competition. He is currently an Execom member at IEEE Bangalore Section, Treasurer, IEEE Young Professionals, and SCT Mentor, IEEE Bangalore Section. Other titles he holds are Section Chapter Representative, IEEE TEMS, India, Member Student Representative, IEEE Bangalore Section, PR and Promotions Coordinator for Students Activities Committee (SAC), IEEE Bangalore Section, IEEE Chairman, and Student Activity Committee(SAC) Chairman for K.S Institute of Technology. Despite his eventful life, he always makes time for family, cricket, and volunteers at various NGOs, and conducts monthly events which are aimed to make life better for the underprivileged

Sumit Soman is currently a Senior Data Scientist with Ericsson Global AI Accelerator. Prior to this, he worked with the Health Informatics Group at the Center for Development of Advanced Computing since 2011 in various capacities. He holds a Ph.D. in Machine Learning from IIT Delhi and is a Senior Member of the IEEE. He is an Executive Committee member of the IEEE Sensors Council and the Young Professionals Affinity Group of the IEEE Bengaluru Section. He has published several research papers and patents, and is an Editor for the IETE Journal of Research. He is also a voting member of the IEEE Standards Committee Working Group on Reporting Standards for in-Vivo Neural Interface Research and the IEEE Industry Connections group for Neurotechnologies for Brain Computer Interfaces.
